Your personal data will be collected and processed by the APCCN 2026 Organizing Committee for the purpose of conference registration, communication, and certificate issuance, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Association's refund policy. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or receiving bank fees associated with the refund shall be borne by the participant. However, the Association reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to assume part or all of such charges on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before 30 August 2026 (Early Bird Deadline) will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee paid. Cancellations received on or after 1 September 2026 will not be eligible for any refund.
Registration Amendment Policy
Participants may request to change their registration type from Onsite to Online or from Online to Onsite no later than 30 September 2026. Requests submitted after this date will not be accepted, and no further changes to the registration type will be permitted.
